Philosophy of Ministry:  My philosophy of ministry has one overarching theme:  the glory of God.  We have been created for the purpose of bringing glory to Him, and that is the driving purpose of all that I do.  Concerning the children's ministry, I have two primary aims.  First, my ministry is family focused.  Scripture teaches that parents are the primary ministers to their children, and I seek to equip parents to be godly ministers to their own kids.  Second, through the various ministries to the children that we have at Grace Baptist, I am striving to help lay a foundation of biblical truth.  We want the children to know more than just the Bible stories; we want their entire lives to be rooted and based upon God's Word.

My philosophy of ministry concerning the adult Sunday School also has two facets.  First, I desire to encourage and equip the Sunday School teachers in order that they may be more effective teachers and ministers to their classes.  Second, the adult Sunday School ministry of Grace Baptist is Scripture driven.  Through the Sunday School classes, we seek to accurately teach the Bible and equip the class members to grow in their understanding and application of God's Word.
